マーシャルビートに使われた曲をすべて収録している。曲を聴きながらコレオグラフを思い出すのもいい。
当然ながらメジャーでアップテンポな曲が多いのでテンションが上がります。
仕事前に良く聴きました。
2枚目のＣＤはノンストップだったり、かなり意欲的です。
ただBeat OF Lifeは、今ひとつなので星3つです。
（歌詞をつけなきゃ良かったのに）
海外でも引用されていたので買いました。
欧米の方から質問されても，
本に書かれている単語を使って説明できる程度には読み込みました。
それでも手元にないと，どういえばいいかがすぐに分からなくなってしまいます。
